My Story
I stopped trying to lose weight. I started becoming someone who didn't need to.
For years I was the guy who put himself last. Long shifts at sea, late-night buffets, endless promises to "start Monday." At 345 pounds, I wasn't unhappy. I was numb.
The turning point wasn't a diet. It was an honest look in the mirror and a quiet decision to stop lying to myself. Not about food. About who I actually was.
The body followed the identity, not the other way around.

~100 lbs
Same pants. Different man.
