What is Transformed at Sea?
Transformed at Sea is Samy Bishay's coaching practice, built around the Bishay Reality Framework. Instead of treating behaviour as the problem, it examines the agreements you made about yourself, often after a single event, and shows how those agreements keep producing the same reality. The books, the free Identity Audit, the workbooks, and the coaching tiers all work the same case file from different angles.
What is the free Identity Audit?
The Identity Audit is a free, private six question form. You must be 18 or over to complete it. Your answers are turned into a personal summary that Samy reviews, and completing it together with the Program Readiness form is what unlocks your workbooks in your private client space. How do the workbooks work?
There are two workbooks: the Identity Transformation Workbook and the Identity Based Weight Loss Workbook V2.2. Both unlock after you finalize the Identity Audit and Program Readiness form. Your answers save automatically as you go, so you can stop and return at any time, and you can send any module to your coach when you are ready for feedback. Progress is kept private to your own account.
What does the program cost?
There are three tiers. Tier 1, Guided, is $179 per month for 6 payments, or $966 prepaid. Tier 2, Gold Investigation, is $397 per month for 6 payments, or $2,144 prepaid. How do I connect ChatGPT or Claude to my private space?
Your account can be connected to your favourite AI chat, such as ChatGPT or Claude. Once connected, the AI can read your Identity Audit answers, your program status, and your workbook progress, so you can reflect with it between coaching sessions. It can read your information, but it can never change anything.
Step 1. Copy your connection address
Sign in and open My Space. In the Connect your AI card, copy your private connection address. It is your site address followed by /mcp. For the live site that is https://transformedatsea.com/mcp.
Step 2. Add it in ChatGPT
In ChatGPT, go to Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add MCP server. Set the type to remote or HTTP URL, paste the address from Step 1, name it Transformation at Sea, and leave any command, arguments, or environment fields empty. Do not use the "Command to launch" screen, that one is only for programs running on your own computer.
If custom connectors do not appear, first turn on Developer mode under Settings, Apps and Connectors, Advanced settings.
Step 3. Press Authenticate right after you save
The moment you press Save on the new server, go back to the plugins and MCP page in ChatGPT (Settings, then Connectors). Find your Transformation at Sea connection and press the Authenticate button next to it. Nothing happens on its own, you have to do this manually.
Step 4. Sign in and approve
Authenticate opens your site in a new window. Sign in with your own account and choose Approve once. That single approval remembers you, so you never repeat it.
Step 5. Use it in a chat
Now start a new chat, click the plus icon next to the message box, turn on your Transformation at Sea connector, and type something like "Show my Identity Audit answers and workbook progress." Once it is authenticated, the AI can read your Audit and workbook information whenever you ask.
The same idea works in Claude: add the address as a remote MCP server in the connector settings, press Authenticate, sign in when it opens your site, and approve once.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your Audit answers, intake, and workbook responses live in your own private account and are never shown to other clients. Any AI connection you create is one you personally approve, it is read only, and you can remove it at any time in your AI chat's connector settings. See the privacy page for details.
What is the Samy AI Coach?
The Samy AI Coach is built into your client space, separate from any external AI connection. It knows the workbook question you are currently on and can help you think through your answers before you commit them. It is available while you work in the Audit, the intake, and both workbooks.
